Agile

Agile quarrels

Simona Bonghez - CEO @ Colors in Projects

Conference hall

9th November, 16:00-16:30

“Total failure”, “Waste of time and resources”, “We ended up having bigger problems than before”: these are some of the phrases people use to describe the Agile way of working (whether it is Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) in their companies. On more than one occasion, people would also add: “Just wait and see, it won’t be long until everything comes crashing down…”, which does not convey much optimism, does it? Our presentation aims at identifying some of these “quarrels”, to explore the root cause and truth behind them, to argue in favor or against them, and to offer solutions and alternatives. We will tackle real-life examples and scenarios (filled with adrenaline rush) experienced either by us or by our Agile collaborators.
