Andrei Kelemen

Throughout his professional career Andrei has held various management positions in private and public outfits where he managed numerous projects worth tens of millions of Euros.

In particular, he acted as management consultant for Babes-Bolyai University, the largest public university in the country. Prior to that he has lead the Information Compartment in an EU structural funds management structure of the Ministry of Labor. Since 2013 he is the Executive Director of Cluj IT Cluster where he oversees all operational aspects of an organization that represents the interests of one of the most prominent industries in Cluj.

Andrei is also contributing to defining the strategy and objectives of the cluster initiative alongside the Board of Directors and the General Assembly. Andrei holds a bachelor in Administration and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Leontin Toderici

Leontin Toderici coordinated projects of strategic importance for BT, the first two being world premieres: replacing the bank's core banking with the Oracle Flexcube solution having as technical platform Exadata and Exalogic technology (2011) and launching the Western Union money transfer service through ATM ( 2010), respectively the integration of Bancpost, ERB Retail Services IFN and ERB Leasing IFN in the BT Financial Group (2018).

With 25 years of experience in banking, since 2005 he coordinates the operations area of Banca Transilvania.

Simona Motogna

Simona Motogna is an associate professor and since 2012 vicedean of Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, she is passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, with excellent achievements in student competitions.

As Fortech’s co-founder and CEO, Calin leads the company’s organizational and business development, successfully positioning Fortech as one of the most representative Romanian companies in IT outsourcing.

Prior to founding Fortech, Calin worked in software development, starting as software developer and moving up the ladder to technical manager. He has also been an associate professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and has served as a member of the Directors’ Council of the CLUJ IT cluster.

Calin holds a Ph.D. in E-commerce security and an Executive MBA from the Executive Academy of Vienna University of Economics and Business.
