With seven years of experience in IT and a passion for people development, Diana Brandusan is an agile delivery professional focused on building and scaling high-performing teams.
Starting with a university in computer science and a solid base in software programming, she has navigated the ever-changing IT field in Accesa as a software developer, scrum master and currently as a project manager. By extending his academic background with various pieces of training and coaching sessions in the leadership area, Diana believes that everything is possible with the right attitude and the drive to be better each day than your version yesterday.
In her role as a Project Delivery Manager at Accesa, Diana is committed to inspiring and empowering trustful relationships between people inside the team and between the team and the client. She thinks a trusting relationship between team members and stakeholders, such as clients, is the key to a successful collaboration.
